I rented a carpet cleaner today. I showed the older lady cashier how dirty it was , she told me to go back of the store to pick out a cleaner machine . I guess she didn’t want to do her walk to the back of the store herself. ! She got paid to watch me do her job !
Beware of the older lady cashier ! She'll make you run around the store to rent a carpet shampooer ! If you rent a carpet machine that is already dirty , she'll make you go to the back of the store and get a cleaner one yourself ! She's LAZY !

I set out today to get a car key cut from one i had purchased online. I went to the Lowes in Carol Stream right by my house and they could cut the key but they flat out said no we won't cut your key. They had the machine to cut the key I had and they had no explanation why they couldn't do either. So I continued on searching for someone to cut the key for my car.
