This is probably the best hardware store out there! They've saved my butt on at least 2 occasions with their service cutting keys!

They saved my ass!!! Let’s just start there. My current paint supplier didn’t have my paint due to lack of ordering. I had to get the paint today in order to stay on a strict schedule. No one else in sw Ohio had my paint. Then I called Bryan at Ace and he had the paint base and was able to tint it perfectly! I can’t say enough about this place. They turned a bad situation into a great experience.
This is a gem of a hardware store. The people who work here are always very friendly and helpful, something that you don't often find at the larger hardware stores in the suburbs. Today, a clerk helped me find the outdoor light fixture that I needed and the made helpful suggestions. Thank you Ace Hardware Clifton.
I am so thankful to have such a helpful and considerate hardware store in Clifton. It has everything and their service is top notch. They are also so considerate of the neighborhood, for example, when top notch bread was not available in Clifton, as we were accustomed, they carried some. I have had quite a few great experiences there of note.
My husband and I could not be more impressed with the level of service the entire team provides at this ACE Hardware. Even staying after a few extra minutes past closing to help us through the agony of paint selection. Knowledgeable, patient, and friendly as can be. SO glad we found them.
The staff here is so kind and extremely helpful. My favorite hardware store to shop at.
