2 visits within 4 days, both bad. First visit they were out of both garden supplies I wanted ( 6’ plant stakes and small ringed stem stakes). Second visit they had a “second choice” item that would work but refused to accept the Ace coupon I had received in the mail because it didn’t have a bar code. I called the 1-800 support number for Ace Rewards members and they also had no explanation for the coupons which I receive regularly. This Ace has outstanding customer service. The owners and staff are always super helpful. The store is always very clean and well organized. They usually have whatever I need, and if they don’t, they can usually get it within a few days.
We have been going to this Ace for over 30 years. Everyone has been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful over the years from the cashier Kim to the employees who work the aisles. I do not like the framing of the cashier now however.
I just happened to be in the area of this store on 5/18/2026 and needed assistance locating some items. One of the employees helped me, and I trusted that I was being given the correct products. Unfortunately, after driving approximately 20 miles back home, I realized I had been given the wrong item. Because the store is such a long distance from my home, I had to think twice about making another trip just to exchange the incorrect item for the correct one.
