We have been going to this Ace for over 30 years. Everyone has been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful over the years from the cashier Kim to the employees who work the aisles. I do not like the framing of the cashier now however.
I just happened to be in the area of this store on 5/18/2026 and needed assistance locating some items. One of the employees helped me, and I trusted that I was being given the correct products. Unfortunately, after driving approximately 20 miles back home, I realized I had been given the wrong item. Because the store is such a long distance from my home, I had to think twice about making another trip just to exchange the incorrect item for the correct one. Staff here is consistently more helpful than other hardware stores I've been to, and I've hit 5 just in the last week. Kim has been great every time she's helped me, and everyone else has been helpful as well.
Great store! The guys who run this location are so kind and helpful, it's become my go-to hardware store. I've come before with a loose idea of what I wanted and they helped me brainstorm and proposed new solutions I hadn't thought of. And they have a great selection in stock.
