I really enjoyed visiting the store when I was out in Ann Arbor last week. I couldn’t believe the housewares section, they had everything. My local Ace (Easton, PA) doesn’t even come close to this one.
Unparalleled Customer Service. I had recently moved to Ann Arbor and stopped into the West Stadium location to look into getting a replacement ash catcher for my Weber grill. Upon arriving, Dana approached us and asked if she could help us find anything. Unfortunately they did not carry the part in stock, however, Dana took down my info and contacted Weber and had them ship the replacement part that I wanted to the store. Made me wait in three lines to return a $10 item. Took almost 45 minutes. I will not return.
Best Hardware & housewares store ever! Just walk in the door and blow yourself away with all the dishes pots decor items you've never seen before in a hardware store.
This is the ONLY hardware store in Ann Arbor for me, and it is so much more than that. Quality, product selection, and a fine sales staff. I've been going there for over fifty years.
