Went there to have my propane tank filled at 5:15 and they would not fill them for me. They said that they stop filling propane tanks at 5:00. There is no mention of specific times to fill propane on the web site or at the store. I have had tanks filled there after 5:00 in the past, so I don’t know if this is a new policy, or if they just didn’t feel like filling my tanks because it was cold outside. Poor customer service.

I go out of my way to go to this peticular Tractor Supply because of the customer service that I recieve. If I have any questions, they are Quick to answer. Help load up my cart and even help me load my truck. RENEE the manager is very personable and so kind. It's nice to come to a store where they treat you so well.

I had the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any Tractor supply or any store in the area. I came in for a propane fill and asked for the clerk who called for assistance and continued into the store. I get the about the middle of the store and this person named Michelle claimed was screaming at the poor clerk for asking for assistance. She calmed there were only 2 people and she had to do online orders, you know for people not yet in the store vs someone standing right there and preseeded to tell me to wait 45 mins.... read more
