Pet Vet just changed their system so now if you show up early, you do not get seen in order of arrival. I had registered two weeks ago and was told I was number 17 in their line after having been there for an hour waiting. They should’ve been giving people notice of this, but we did not hear anything and we’re not informed. Went there to have my propane tank filled at 5:15 and they would not fill them for me. They said that they stop filling propane tanks at 5:00. There is no mention of specific times to fill propane on the web site or at the store. I have had tanks filled there after 5:00 in the past, so I don’t know if this is a new policy, or if they just didn’t feel like filling my tanks because it was cold outside. Poor customer service.
