just went to Ace Hardware asked about a smoker. A lady who works there showed us a few smokers, then we looked at the Green Egg. a few minutes later the lady came back to tell us she found us a deal on an Electric smoker. we got help immediately with moving the smoker, got it loaded and in the car . we were done in 30 minutes. Awesome customer service, very helpful, Thanks Kapteins Ace HArdware. You guys ROck. we will be back...
They are so helpful in finding things for you and they have even ordered things for me that weren't in stock. My go to hardware.
Okay a employee assisted me in purchasing two chains for a ms170 Stihl I've never bought chains before without the bar I know now to match the numbers myself , they would not exchange them for the right one without the boxes they came in even tho I had receipt I'm out 80 bux and have no chain
