I am beyond disappointed with the management at the Olympia Ace Hardware location. We have been loyal customers for over 10 years, but apparently, that decade of loyalty isn’t worth $15 to them. On Sunday, May 3, around 5 PM, my mother called the store to see if they would honor a coupon that had expired just two days prior. The staff were helpful and friendly and they had what I needed in stock. 🤓
Might be petty, but 1000 percent lost my buisness. I needed three items that was going to cost, but they dont have a bathroom. Any buisness that does not have a bathroom loses mine. I know that peeps have made restrooms availbale a little tough, but I am not one of them. Will not be back, and that sucks because I like supporting the smaller stores.
I just had a sliding screen door repaired for under $30.00. They did a great job! Ace hardware seems to have whatever I'm looking for. I like going in just to look around.
