Always a joy... Love going there.
Every time I stop in for a quick item I end up staying longer and buying more than intended, lol... Everyone working is so friendly that we end up talking, joking around and discussing other products or projects. Karsten’s is a happy place!
Always has what I need and always happy to show me where items are located.
First time I visited I was greeted by the cashier Mitchell and he directed me to the right aisle. The store was clean and well stocked with the hardware I needed. Everyone was friendly and helpful finding me some replacement light bulbs (on sale too!) along with some plumbing hardware. Curtis and Nick found me some items on their website and had them the next day too.
Just treated like a common criminal when I entered the store in I was thrilled opened in the neighborhood about a year ago. I spent thousands of dollars there and will never spend another dime - many other ACE hardware stores in which I have not been demeaned.

Terrible customer service i went in there to buy 2 simple things and was refused service because i refused to leave my bag at the front of the store. I informed the gentleman at the front that my wallet and phone were in my bag so i could not leave it up front .(i was on a motorcycle and wearing shorts with no pockets hence the bag )He told me if i did not leave the bag i had to leave.
