Excellent Customer Service This family-owned business is just what you want when you need a little advice along with your widget. They have a great staff (Terry takes care of me when he's there) who really know their stuff. The store reminds me a lot of the old-fashioned hardware stores in small towns where you could spend hours and find all sorts of neat stuff. You can do that here. Yes, the prices will be slightly higher than Home Depot, but it's not a zoo and you're not searching for hours to find what you need.

Very family oriented. Employees call customers by name and are extremely helpful.
Great place to go to. No complaints there. Just wish you had a notice on your website saying that you don't accept key blanks brought in from other places. I could saved time knowing that and gone somewhere else.
