Friendly staff, and as always well stocked shelves of just exactly want you need.
I brought a Craftsman ratchet wrench that had broken in to the store and was promptly given a new replacement. I usually get my Craftsman tools at Lowe's, but will be conducting my business at Great Lakes True Value from now on. Excellent young man who helped me was very professional.
Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I was asked if I needed any help as soon as I walked it the door. I found what I needed at reasonable prices and I also saved money using my loyalty card. 👌
