Customer service is the best I’ve seen at any retail store and as soon as you walk in someone is there to greet and help you. I manage a commercial landscape company and take my business here because they are always there to help and treat us right. All the employees are super helpful and put a smile on my face in this face paced life. Customer service number one!
great service and great people and help get what u need
Thanks to the Tomchek team for the superior service I received on Monday. I went there with a laundry faucet stem assembly. Left with all the parts to rebuild it. More importantly the guy that helped me went out of his way to disassemble, clean, and explain what was needed to repair. You don't get this level of service at the big box stores.
