Staff is always super helpful
Drove an hour here to pickup an item, but this store gave my item to someone else the night before 30 mins before store closed. Store can't do anything even the manager. Dont order any item at this store unless you want your item to be stolen. They won't give refund. This store took my money and I received nothing. DONT ORDER ANY ONLINE ITEMS HERE! They steal it before store closes.
The most amazing customer service. We rented a machine and called them with questions and they were so kind. Always very friendly when we go in.
We are so fortunate to have Pellicci Hardware in Farmington. No matter what question I bring to them, they always have a great answer and are able to help. I'm always greeted when I walk in, and if I ask a question of someone that they can't answer, they find you someone that DOES know the answer.
