I have frequented this Ace hardware many times in the past month. The first time I was in looking for bolts and a stud finder for a tv mount. The young man employee who helped me thought that it was ridiculous that I was attempting to mount a TV. I am sorry I have to leave this review because the people who work in this store are very nice, and they have always been helpful. The problem is with the manager, Ann. I bought something with a coupon and returned it the same day and purchased the right size. I kept the receipts, and I realized something wasn’t quite right. I took both receipts back, and asked why I wasn’t given the discount. She very flippantly told me, “You lost it.” I couldn’t have lost it. This isn’t about the money.
