I needed a brass 90 deg compression fitting to connect our new refrigerator water line, which is surprisingly a hard part to find, but this Ace store had it in stock. When I asked for assistance to confirm, Alan said it would not work & why & then checked his inventory online to verify that no Ace store carried the required fitting.
