Absolutely worst customer service experience ever. I always enjoyed shopping there but after my last experience I will never be back. Don't know what happened but instead off offering alternative solutions to my issue I was basically threatened.
Clean, calm, well stocked. Lazy front end people who could be a little friendlier since they're not doing much. The manager should give them handy projects to do so they're learning and not bored. It would help them be better sales people. It can't be all on the dudes that work there, the women should know what they're doing too.
Amazing people working here! Great customer service. I can't say enough.
Have been a regular customer of this ACE for years. Today they not only required me to get an associate to unlock a paint brush but also required me to get it from the counter. ACE does not trust its customers. Hoping Amazon has all the stuff at ACE, because ACE just lost a customer.
