I go here when I’m having a bad day. Seriously they are SO helpful here and have everything you could ever need. Christopher deserves employee of the universe award - he was so thorough in the store with me and then even spent time on the phone with me once I was home to troubleshoot electrical and lighting questions with me. I love this place, their products, and their customer support.

Wonderful staff that came and found me to help me. They directed me to the right place and even offered suggestions.
The store is quite small with limited inventory. Their return policy is frustrating. We purchased the wrong size pipe splitter and tried to return it to get the right size, but they refused because it didn’t have a barcode (from the plastic packaging we recycled)—even though we had the original RECEIPT, the card used for payment, and the phone number linked to our account. They even confirmed our purchase in their system, but still wouldn’t process the return. Edit: apparently they also respond to reviews in a very petty way... read more
