Have been a regular customer of this ACE for years. Today they not only required me to get an associate to unlock a paint brush but also required me to get it from the counter. ACE does not trust its customers. Hoping Amazon has all the stuff at ACE, because ACE just lost a customer.
Employee physically showed me where the toilet paper was, which was nice. When I said thank you, they smiled and said "tee-pee for your bunghole"... I was having such a bad day and this guy (forgot his name) saved me from it... That's customer service people.
Almost all of the staff is entirely rude and unhelpful.
