VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The Manager Aaron at the Wilsonville store is a real tool! We purchased a $620.00 portable AC unit which we DIDN'T EVEN OPEN and went in to return it 3 days later because of the horrible reviews online. Aaron told us ALL SALES ARE FINAL and would not return it. He was very rude and told us to leave the store. I called corporate and they told me the owner and manager are, in their opinion, being totally unfair but it is ultimately up to them to decide to return your purchases.
