Selective returns...refused to accept my 100ft Extension ford return that I had just bought 30mins prior because I opened the flimsy paper wrapping. Any other retail store I’ve always been able to do returns...I use to shop here significantly throughout the week but I’d rather keep my money safe.
RecommendedOn move in day the lock on our uhaul wouldn’t open! Completely and totally would not budge. We went to Sneeds with the Uhaul and instead of having me buy the bolt cutters, they used their personal pair and cut it for me. We will most certainly be using them for any of our hardware needs for the next four years! Excellent service and the nicest people!
