Ace is amazing! The associates are so helpful and friendly and despite being smaller than the big box stores ACE actually had what I needed when the other two did not! Highly recommend!
These nasty people are so rude to me. Never again. I own rentals and do a lot of the maintenance. Every time I went in I was traded like shit. I think they assume I’m there to steal. Never again.
Absolutely great experience at this particular store…I battle with ptsd came from having to navigate fairly new do it myself single female things that most women would ask a man to do…this store has the most pleasant inviting atmosphere for a hardware store! I was helped with a particular anchor I needed and a gentleman Dennis was patient enough to help me find and explain how it worked… not knowing I was a nervous wreck!
