How this store has 4 1/2 star reviews is a mystery to me. I have been in this store about 6 times. Never have I found someone to help me. Today I stopped in for some bolts. The ones I needed were locked up. One young employee jacking his jaw about personal stuff with a customer. Me and another customer waiting for him. He never acknowledged us. I can’t thank the team at Ace Hardware on Sabana Grande enough. Not only are they always helpful with everyday hardware needs, but they went far beyond what you’d expect from any business. After my son was involved in a car accident nearby, they didn’t hesitate to help us. The staff reviewed their security footage, found the incident on camera, and provided the video that proved my son was not at fault. That footage was the reason his name was cleared.
