Everyone there is so knowledgeable and eager to help. Amanda and Sara are just great. Great experience every time. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.
In the ACE store and needed to measure a plastic tub to see if it would fit. Ask the clerk if they had a tape measure to use for a moment. She said “ NO” made no effort to help just walked avay.
Id give less than a star if I could. The entire evening staff had a mental tonight because everyone refused to assist in finding a product. Asked for craft paper and I was told they dont have it, then blew up at when she said she has packing paper, that is literally branded "kraftpaper" then all 3 of the freakshows and the weiner who refused to help me find a wood epoxy proceeded to scream at me while I was paying for my products, and the manager said "she needs to talk about me to her product loss department... what a bunch... read more
