Great customer service.
I bought a new toro snowblower in February of 2025.used it one time. I put seafoam in the tank and stored it in my garage for the summer. When I got it out a couple of days ago, it wouldn’t start. I called West Lake Hardware and they would not stand behind the blower. I took it to a small engine specialist and the carburetor was faulty. $165 later I got it fixed. I frequent this store but most likely I wont go back!! I received a response from Toro but didn’t offer to reimburse me for the $165??
