Started using this store when I lived around the corner back in the 70s. Moved away for many years and returned to find the same experience of very knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Outstanding! When I have questions or need solutions, I can count on some creative and even alternative suggestions. The new employees are always well-trained because they know where everything is. Have you seen all the nooks and crannies? Have you seen all those nuts and bolts and everything in between? I'm impressed they know where all these things are. Plus, I've always had super positive experiences with the staff. Every. Single. Time. Aubuchon's is the epitome of the quintessential neighborhood hardware store.
These folks are super friendly and super helpful. One of the things we were looking for is not an item they carry, but they went out of their way to help us find it in a catalogue and get a solution. Thank you so much, Aubuchon, I love visiting your store!
