Replaced kitchen faucet
Following the ice storm, and prolonged power outage that came with it, I had a slow leak that resulted in the bottom flooring of a sink vanity getting water saturated and leading to mold/mildew that needed promptly addressed (the vanity unfortunately only had a MDF board bottom flooring on the inside cabinet). Jeremy was early and texted ahead, friendly, and worked quickly. Highly recommended.
I hired Guthrie to repair a door sealing issue. The technician has now been out three times for the same problem. While the company replaced the weather stripping under warranty, the door still has visible light coming through when closed, meaning it is not properly sealed. I was invoiced additional labor for what I believed was corrective work related to the original issue. The company did offer a discounted rate, but the underlying problem remains unresolved.
