Scott was very friendly and courteous. Unfortunately we now have a horizontal grab bar that is not level and it is very noticeable as soon as you walk in the room. We also have a tile that is now chipped on the vertical grab bar and this is unacceptable. This is a new shower that we spent a lot of money on and we are very unhappy about it. Please fix the situation. Update: Scott came back and fixed all issues and we are very happy, we will now use him to install our shower door We will definitely use this service again. 5 🌟
