Final update: after waiting 5 days, Mike came back out and screwed the step and the seat to the post. The cats are using it again so I’m satisfied. Still I can help but think that I paid $150/ hour for 8 hours for a handyman and I still wasn’t able to get everything done. For that reason, and after talking with my CFP who told me I was ripped off by paying so much money for so little work, I’m dropping back down to 3 stars. Updating my review. Work was done as preferred. Communication could have been better. Maybe my fault as I couldn't be on site during repairs. Price was fair, those I spoke with were were professional
