Updating my review. The step to the cat seat did not hold up. The glue didn’t hold and a nail or brackets should have been installed. The step made my cat lose his balance and he fell into my TV. Thank God I was there to steady it so it didn’t fall onto the floor. All I had really wanted was the cat seat and the sisal replaced on his cat condo. It needed to be replaced in two sections. Mike did a great job building a cat seat and step. My cats love it and it gives them access to a window they never could get to. He also replaced the worn sisal on their condo, fixed my screen door by installing a new screen and also made sure the glass door locked. Then he very quickly assembled a desk with 4 doors. He patched the drywall around my new vanity and painted it to match the rest of the bathroom. He was friendly and professional and I’d love him to work on more projects with me. Happy customer!
