Friendly and persistent to fix the problem
John was great, but I have to say I don’t like the idea of paying the company for an hr of him going to the hardware store. I sent pictures and described what was needed a day before. The job it’s only took 10min.
Seemed expensive (almost $200 per hour. Repair was done well. Clean up was not impressive.
