Joey was a super nice man. He didn’t install my cabinets where they should’ve been and had to redo them. There was a gouge in the wall and ruined my wallpaper.
The two fellows did good work, when they arrived. They were 45 minutes late. After being 30 minutes tardy I called the hardware store to inquire. I called the direct scheduler who had no idea who was to be there nor a number for me to call the installer or name of the installer. So i would give a 3 to the installer for not keeping the customer informed and a 3 for some communications systems improvement. I had the 3 keyless lamp holders and ladders ready for them and power off for their combined 60 minutes of work.
