Ron and Jay from Ace Handyman, having previously done an excellent job caulking all our windows, made a second visit to repair some damage they had discovered in one of the upstairs window surrounds. They removed the awning and all the aluminum trim to get at some wet and rotting wood caused by a previously undiscovered leak. What a wonderful experience dealing with Cooper and Ace Handyman services. I have required their services several times now and I’m pleased every time. Cooper is a consummate professional. Pleasant to chat with and thorough in his work. Thank you, Cooper and thank you, Ace.
Cooper did an awesome job. He helped cut wood from formica countertop and pushed the stove further back. Now we can open the dish washer door. He also helped solve the problem regarding window coverings. It was a great day!
Job was to replace 4 fluorescent bulbs in a ceiling fixture with 4 LED tube bulbs. New tube wiring instructions did not work. Thru trial & error Chris figured out how to wire the tubes correctly. Job could have gone a bit quicker if Chris had the needed socket set & a Dremel tool with a cutoff disk. I had these tools and let him use them. Overall I’m happy with Chris’ work.
Excellent scheduling and communication. Jay did a great job solving gutter issues. Very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely use Ace Handyman services again
