One star because there is no option for less. Worst experience ever! Needed a storm door handle changed. He came out, measured, went to store, and bought the wrong one. Measured again. Ordered from Anderson. Three locks were delivered after waiting more than a week. They didn’t fit either. Wanted to charge me $600+. I ordered a new door with lock and installation for less than $500. Never again.
