Jake was awesome. Completely fixed this annoying leak we had above windows. Communication was easy and text updates the morning of. He walks you through everything and discusses his thought process. Would highly recommend.
100% satisfied with the service. First of all, I was impressed with the security for the customer. Before arriving, a text was sent with the name and picture of the craftsman, so I knew exactly who would be at the door. That in itself deserves 5 stars. My repair included the following: repair a kitchen cabinet drawer that broke off from old brackets, tighten hinges on all kitchen cabinet doors and caulk between backsplash and kitchen counters.
