Great quality and competitive price for a 1-day job with 2-man crew. Our project contact (Brandy) was super helpful and knowledgeable by getting us a quick and accurate job quote upfront for wood sanding, repaint and minor touchups on our front patio, entry door and kitchen countertops. Ace was able to come in way under the price of local competitors, who were asking close to $6-7k but also insisted on ripping out, reinstalling and refinishing countertops. Terrible, terrible business. Booked them for a job, they last minute re-scheduled to the following week. Scheduler and handymen do not communicate. Timing is never right. Will tell you one thing and show up 2 hours earlier off. Finally got to my home and gave me an over estimate of the work that needed to be done to get extra money.
