Terrible, terrible business. Booked them for a job, they last minute re-scheduled to the following week. Scheduler and handymen do not communicate. Timing is never right. Will tell you one thing and show up 2 hours earlier off. Finally got to my home and gave me an over estimate of the work that needed to be done to get extra money. This service is inconsistent and unreliable. I scheduled a 2-hour job and estimate for a larger, multi-day project. The handyman did not come to my residence at the agreed time. No courtesy call to advise they were running late. No call from the main office. If they can’t be bothered to show up for a 2-hour appointment, there is no way I would entrust them with a multi-day project.
