Ace handyman services was great with communication, and response time. They worked with my schedule. I had them come out for a floor repair assessment and quote. Our handyman Robert, was kind courteous and most of all honest with the questions I had about our home repair. He made sure to stay around and ask me if I had any more questions and answered all things great and small about the interior and exterior of our new to us home. We were very pleased our experience with Handyman Service. We were very pleased with the job Vibert Charles did at our home. Redoing caulking in a couple areas and fixing the drier vent in the attic. He did not rush through any of it. He took his time to do each thing carefully and thoroughly. He was very pleasant and respectful. We would definitely use Ace Handyman again.
Sterling showed up right on time to review the areas I want to have repaired on my house. He was friendly and listened carefully to what I want to have done. He made some suggestions that were appropriate. Within a few hours I received an estimate by email . I received a phone call from the office asking me to review the estimate and sign it if I approved so that a Handyman could be scheduled. Sterling was here on Tuesday and a repairman has been scheduled for Monday.
Ace Hardware has done a couple of projects for for me. Installed an entry door into our garage after the existing one got caught by the wind where it blew open busting the frame. Ace Hardware were easy to get in touch with, spoke with a real person and interested in my needs. We set up an appointment for the Carpenter, which was prompt I might add.. he was efficient, and explained everything so that I could understand, very well mannered all around a great experience.
