Very quality work! Overall cost is on the high side but quality, communication, and service were all very good.
Estrella was very knowledgeable and made repairs quickly. She offered advice on other repairs I mentioned. With the service I recieved I will call Ace and Estrella back
The gentleman was pleasant and polite. He was able to accomplish one of the 3 door sweeps without incident. One of the doors he had to “redo” and adjust the sweep upon my inspection. The front door (very important) was not completed due to the fact he didn’t have the correct part. He was going to make a second trip to obtain the correct sweep but would have to charge “extra “. First contact with Jalysa was excellent, friendly, and informative. They offered upfront pricing based on a time estimate. They were able to schedule me very quickly. Devin showed up on time, was very knowledgeable, and had some suggestions for what might work for the best results. He was able to complete all the work plus three sizable extra jobs in the time quoted. The invoice was exactly as quoted plus materials that had to be purchased to complete the work.
