I started deciding job for them they said they would provide ladders scaffolding etc to reach the top of the house as it was over 30 ft after 2 weeks they failed to provide any equipment after asking several times we had to pull off the job in order to complete other jobs now after a month they're refusing to pay now I have to put a mechanics lien on the homeowner's property in order to get paid I would not recommend them as a contractor or is an employer

DO NOT HIRE DONALD G******* – UNPROFESSIONAL & UNRELIABLE Our experience with Donald G******* was a nightmare from start to finish. He hired unprofessional, sloppy workers who showed no respect for our home. The work was so poor that we had to bring in a professional team just to fix the mess they left behind. Sent subpar worker out to install gutter system and repair side of front porch roof. Spent over $2000. Work was installed incorrectly. Pieces falling off, etc. Called for **** since there was a warranty on their services, owner came out to inspect, said he'd schedule the work and I never heard from them again. I called several times and each time they hung up on me without a word from me or them. Found a young man- friend of a friend- who fixed the problem for me. I don't recommend this business.

I hired them to install two ** detectors, replace a burned-out bulb, fix a toilet seat, and caulk a meter-long area. When they finished, I discovered they hadn't installed the ** detectors at all. I have used Ace Handyman Services in ************ a couple times now. They are very nice and easy to work with. ****** does a great job making sure the scheduling is what I needed and gives great updates. *** and ***** do outstanding work, on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. They finished early and they took the time off my bill that they didn't use, saved me almost $600.00. Thank you and I will be using them again

Expect to pay an expert level premium for at best amateur craftsmanship. And be prepared to be 100% explicit about your expectations up front, because we were never provided with a mock-up or design to approve.
