John is awesome. Our front door looks great. He is also very neat and careful working around the house. Am very pleased with his service. He is very polite and he takes pride in his work . It shows.
Update 7.25.25: John is still cool and really knows his stuff. However, I had Ace Handyman come back out for an awning installation. I was over double the price of the original estimate. There were no changes anticipated work in the estimate so this is extremely confusing. Also noted, for 2 man jobs, a training apprentice (is being billed at over half of John's rate) which doesn't seem practical and may be contributing to the overcharges.
