He came right on time and was very knowledgeable about providing alternatives that could meet our needs.
I had some cracked tile on my bathroom floor that needed to be replaced. The gentleman that removed the old tiles and laid the new tiles was great, but he had to leave town which left our master bathroom undone Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We were advised not to walk on the tiles before grouting which we listened to. Monday at 11:00 another repairman came. He figured out what color grout was needed.
