I had Frank come by to install a bathroom exhaust fan (replacement). I do handyman work myself, but I did not relish the possibility of having to do part of the job up in our attic. Frank got it done in the expected time and did indeed need to go into the attic. Everything works great, my wife is happy it’s done, and I consider it a good deal to pay to have Ace handle it all for me.

Let me start with the first phone call with the scheduler which was easy and helpful I was even able to send photos quickly so they knew what I needed done. Then they send a text message with the photo of the handyman arriving and a phone call before arrival. John was great inspecting the whole roof and all the siding. He also helped identify the area a leak was coming from that I did not realize was not from the initial issue. He was kind and good with my dog. I will be calling back.

Had John from Ace Handymen out to change out several light fixtures and a ceiling fan as well as hang a heavy mirror. John was very knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job! The price was reasonable and scheduling was easy. I will definitely be calling again when I need help with projects around our home.

John from ACE Handyman, installed pull down Attic Stairs into an existing garage opening. He did a fantastic job, and he installed the trim to make it look very professional and clean. I look forward to having John work on additional projects.
