Their answering service wants to take your name and number to have dispatch call you back. They couldn't answer basic questions like if they are part of Ace hardware. No wonder they charge so much. Such a useless call center. What they are really trying to do is get your information to solicit you in the future if you don't want to use them now. That's how your information gets distributed to scammers. No thanks. The whole setup stinks.

This is my third experience using Ace Handy man Services, and it was excellent as were the previous two. The communication is clear and timely, and the results of the work are top-notch. True professionals and a pleasure to work with throughout!
I recommend them for their transparency, honesty and quality of work. However, it gets expensive if you have a lot of work and book them for full days at a time.
