I called these guys for two reasons. First, the glowing reviews here on Google, and second, because they are almost walking distance from where I need work done. They get one star from me because I can't give zero. I called twice. First, around the middle of the day. I gave detailed information to the woman who answered the phone. No call back. They did a really nice job! We are pleased!
The whole process was great. Everything and everyone was efficient and on time. I thought it was a little expensive for what was ultimately done, but I did have an estimate in advance and it was not a straight forward repair. Michael did a fine job. I would use them again.
