Did better than the others I had bid at identifying root cause of gutter overflow issue and recommended solution with the confidence born of having done it for a long time. Was worried solution wouldn’t look good compared to gutters with rest of house. He assured me it wouldn’t be noticeable. He was right. Very pleased with whole process.
