I will NEVER use this company again. Very unprofessional the front desk girl was not very helpful ( I was so confused about the whole process of how to find granite, quartz etc. My granite was delivered THREE times damaged , my contractor tried to get me my counter tops so my project would be complete and they would not budge at all with coming to a compromise. NEVER!!! Use them.
Recommendedi painted inside and some trim outside and they workers of the company were very helpful with letting me us the forklift inorder to help me get my job done... amd the granite is beautiful... i woukf live to have some in my house
Everyone at Ace was so helpful! They happily moved slabs for us several times until we found just the right ones - even moving two different colors side by side so we could compare. Highly recommend Ace!
I was originally going to Mystic Granite but my friend recommended Ace Granite. The slabs were beautiful but their customer service girl (I think she was hispanic) was not really helpful. The way she talked to me made me feel stupid. She even rolled her eyes when I was telling her what I was looking for and was asking questions.
We went Saturday to pick 3 Slabs for our new home- the girl at counter took the time to walk out with us and show us the yard and was so helpful!!! Thanks so much! Highly recommend!!
