We needed 5 long, thin pieces of glass for shadow box shelves and had gone to several glass shops. Each had told us no - they didn’t do that kind of glass cutting. Finally, we found Ace Glass! They welcomed us warmly, listened carefully, took us to the glass-cutting area, and quickly and professionally cut 5 absolutely perfect little shelves for us!! They wrapped them carefully, and sent us on our way. Altogether a wonderful experience and we recommend them most highly!!
Top notch service and top notch quality! Had a broken double hung window in my office an they fixed it in less than 24 hours. Great people and they know what they are doing!
I’m very disappointed with my experience. This company replaced an insulated glass unit (IGU) in a window prior to my purchase of the home. From the very first rainy season after installation, the window leaked from the interior corners. I have photos documenting the leak during that initial warranty period. The installer later acknowledged that the exterior perimeter of the IGU was never weather-sealed, yet claimed this was an “optional” service rather than a required part of the installation.
