UPDATE 7 MONTHS LATER THEY STILL DO NOT HAVE THE WINDOW AND REFUSE TO REFUND. THEY SAY THEY HAVE TO ORDER IT AND IT WILL BE OVER A MONTH. Also their response was a lie! They did have my number as well as another contract persons number. So many lies!....I will be contacting BBB !! Guaranteed a window to be placed by a certain day (8 business days after ordering it). I have a classic muscle car and to find a shop to change out a windshield and do it so you would win trophies at a car show is impossible to find. Till I found Lorne at Ace Glass in Columbia SC. This is an art form and he did it like he was working on a masterpiece. 100% satisfied. I will be getting all of my glass work done here from now on.
Amazing communication. Initial appointment set, was contacted by Ace class to let me know well in advance that the installer was running late. We were able to reschedule to another time without difficulty. Showed up for a 9:00 AM appointment. Left the Ace glass in Lexington at 9:21 AM with a wonderful brand new windshield. Guaranteed a window to be placed by a certain day (8 business days after ordering it). I took in my 1949 Ford F1 to have the window removed so I can clean it up and fix the rust and they did such an awesome job I just can't believe it. This is after going to several other glass places and then not being able to work on it and they did this with no problems because they knew what they were doing
