Amazing communication. Initial appointment set, was contacted by Ace class to let me know well in advance that the installer was running late. We were able to reschedule to another time without difficulty. Showed up for a 9:00 AM appointment. Left the Ace glass in Lexington at 9:21 AM with a wonderful brand new windshield. Guaranteed a window to be placed by a certain day (8 business days after ordering it). When I called the lady was rude stating " I didn't say it would be this morning, but we do have you scheduled for 9 am." So when I ask what the plan is she tells me" it WILL be" there that day. "The technician is picking up the glass and will be out, we will call you when is done". They did NOT come! The next day told me they never Guarantee anything and that they don't even have the glass. I took in my 1949 Ford F1 to have the window removed so I can clean it up and fix the rust and they did such an awesome job I just can't believe it. This is after going to several other glass places and then not being able to work on it and they did this with no problems because they knew what they were doing
Called and left messages over 5 times in last couple weeks to get price estimate, and no one has responded or returned any calls. Would not recommend this location.
