Needed a new garage door because mine was falling apart .So I started looking, and size of a company does 'not matter to me .I just want it done right the first time ,at a good price. This is a small company father and son. They were on time, courteous, neat clean and upfront about what you are getting for your money. They used the best materials available, and did an awesome job installing my new garage door .The best pricing the best warranty and great service .I will refer them to all my friends.
I called and had my garage door serviced within hours. The tech, called when he was on his way. He explained and made the repair in a truly professional manner. Kudos for a job well done!
I called them mid-morning hoping to have them come out the next day. They were able to come out in two hours. The service man was friendly and informative.
The tech who installed a new garage door opener for me, he was punctual, knowledgeable, and courteous. Most of all he had a good sense of customer service and was obviously willing to go an extra mile to satisfy the customer. He seemed to like what he does and the enthusiasm showed. I would use this company again because of the service he provided.
I ordered a spring from the garage door company that I needed to have replaced. I thought I could do it myself. Turns out, yeah that wasn't the case. They immediately sent someone over the next day to fix the broken spring replacement. They were so composed and professional and it was the best garage door service any person could ask for.
Called these guys to fix a problematic door. John took care of it quickly while adjusting the other doors to perfection! Would absolutely do business with them again!
