I've bought quite a few pieces of furniture from Ace furniture, never had a problem with them, they either delivered free of charge or it was a minimal charge. Ken was very helpful and i could put items on layaway as long as i needed. Also, i used my debt card to put a deposit and cash was not only form of payment they took. When i called for delivery they were there the next day and put up and installed all furniture. Nothing was scratched or damaged. i am very happy with their service and i will be going back.

Great customer service came in for a bed and found a wonderful selection. Second day delivery awesome experience. I love my bed. Amazing prices well worth the price well made furniture. Will definitely come back.

If I could give this place a zero, I would! Their customers service i zero! They're beyond rude and disrespectful! We placed an order set and they tell us it will arrive in 2 weeks, which by the way arrived 7 months later with so many scratches and damages which they didn't take responsibility for, oh and they only take "cash", so that should give you a hint of what they're going for. One of the worst experiences I have ever had a worse experience as a customer ar retail outlet. The person in charge (Ken) is incompetent and dishonest. After spending thousands of dollars over a period of a year during which every order was screwed up, they failed to deliver products that were promised. When I asked to speak to the owner I was given a fake number and likely a fake name. They told me to go to court. Stay away from this business as you will regret ever dealing with them.
