I highly recommend Ace fire and flood. We had a bad upstairs shower drain leak and once insurance arranged for Ace to come out and start repairs, Everyone I dealt with from the beginning were super professional and knowledgeable. The two gentlemen they sent out to demo the tile floor of the shower and the sealing the leak damaged, were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Everyone at Ace is amazing. Paul was super helpful and came in and saved the day after we dealt with a horrific experience with another company cleaning up water damage. Can’t recommend them enough if you need any type of repairs done! Shout out to Kevin and Caitlin as well appreciate all of their team teams assistance over the last several months dealing with this insurance claim.

We had a leaky roof during the atmospheric river rains, and Ace Flood Response came the very next day to evaluate our damage and to start the drying- out process. Kevin was terrific to work with- always coming when he said he would. He even got in touch with a roofing company to get the roof repaired quickly. Paul was also extremely helpful when I had questions about possible insurance coverage. We will definitely use this company in the future if we encounter any water- related issues in our home.
