We had a leaky roof during the atmospheric river rains, and Ace Flood Response came the very next day to evaluate our damage and to start the drying- out process. Kevin was terrific to work with- always coming when he said he would. He even got in touch with a roofing company to get the roof repaired quickly. Paul was also extremely helpful when I had questions about possible insurance coverage. We will definitely use this company in the future if we encounter any water- related issues in our home.

As a Realtor, I have used Gerry for the past 10 years to do carpet repair and stretching. He is amazing and reasonable on his pricing. I even had him do my mother-in-laws house because her carpet was getting to be a tripping hazard and she didn't want to replace the carpet! She was also impressed with him and his professionalism. He's quick and shows up when he says he's going to show up. I never have to worry he's not going to complete a job.

100% recommend this business. I called them up and explained my water issue within the next day they did their best to make time for me. Kevin was more than willing to explain and elaborate the issue I was presented with, explain the best route to go about things and gave solid advice to assist us on what to do.
