Very professional and detailed.
My wife called me at work and informed me that a bat had gotten into our house. I saw this listing with only one review and took a chance to give them a call. PMSI sent a guy over within an hour. My wife knew exactly where the bat was and pointed it out to the guy. He removed it and inspected areas of the house, giving me DIY suggestions on how I can decrease the likelihood of another one coming in.
