I have never written a negative review, but wanted to save others from what I have experienced since working with Charles over the past 7 years. My husband dealt with him until I took over the responsibility last summer. We had issues with our septic and called him to come out. After a Few no show appointments he showed up. I have used (and referred) ACE Septic exclusively for 5 years now and they are the best. Not only are they fair priced and arrive when they say, but when I had an emergency (yep coming up into the house) at 6:30 AM yesterday I called Charlie and he immediately came over as he knew I was in a panic. He stayed long enough to fix the immediate problem (lightening blew the pump and alarm) and came back later after his scheduled appts to finish. AWESOME experience! I am so grateful to ACE Enterprises septic. They came right over and showed me what my problem was...and fixed it the next day after ordering a part. They are great people. I will call them any time I have an issue. Thank you so much!
