Rude owner, poor business management, and zero professionalism. The onsite crew is actually very nice, but the moment you have to deal with the owner you will be regretting every dollar you put into this business. The attitude, lack of respect, and unwillingness to resolve issues (or properly fulfill contracts) without escalating levels of conflict makes the entire experience of working with this company frustrating. Don’t recommend, don’t waste your money.
Seemed nice at first, Came out right away to look at my septic system that needed some work on the lift pump. made it sound like it would be a quick easy fix (just needed a check valve replaced, some pipework which involved digging outside of the tank a couple of feet) We waited at the house the whole day they said they would come out, and they never bothered to call or notify me that they wouldn't be able to make it until I called them asking.
