Seemed nice at first, Came out right away to look at my septic system that needed some work on the lift pump. made it sound like it would be a quick easy fix (just needed a check valve replaced, some pipework which involved digging outside of the tank a couple of feet) We waited at the house the whole day they said they would come out, and they never bothered to call or notify me that they wouldn't be able to make it until I called them asking. After signing and prepaying for a one year service agreement, there is little evidence ACE ever came out to do quarterly maintenance. My system has the following issues: aerator was not plugged in and now the aerator is corroded from toxic fumes, the walls of one of the tanks have collapsed, the waste water pump has little pressure and the discharge is not coming out of the discharge heads which indicates a possible underground leak.
