We worked with Tom on a commercial project converting an Applebee's into a dual brand IHOP/APPB. What started as a relatively straightforward restaurant conversion, quickly increased in scope when the state electrical inspector informed us that the former owner had failed to resolve years of code compliance issues. Work was at a standstill until this could be fixed. As the licensed electrican on the permit, it was Tom's responsibility to get the site up to code to satisfy the inspector's requirements.
