They worked in a hurry, some holes were not opened at all. The work was done poorly. Questionable service.
On the phone, they quoted one price - $250 . When we arrived, they started "drawing up " a new price: extra for "difficult access," extra for " additional equipment." The final price was $440. It felt like being at a market .
Showed up unprepared, it was rain outside - so no shoe covers been used - they just dragged mud all over my carpets back n forth.. My furnace is still dirty as it was before... so pretty much I paid $870 (originally over the phone it was $399 offer) for someone to bring more dirt into my home (( Lesson learned - In future I'll go with more reputable company (((
Decent experience with this company, but the communication could be improved. Took a while to get a response to my inquiry, and the scheduling process was a bit clunky.
