I would highly recommend Ace Duct Cleaning Inc. From the initial contact to the estimate process through the cleaning service Ace Duct Cleaning was professional, timely and left our home cleaner than when they arrived.
Chris was so good , very friendly and explained every step. even my dog got along with him immediately !! he did an awesome job of cleaning my dryer ducts ! i highly recommend him !
UPDATE 1/30/2026: Mike, the owner, was amazing! I appreciated him checking in with me on the service requested and accessibility given the weather condition/snow the day before arrival. He was able to perform part service from inside the house until such time that the 2nd story vent is safely accessible via 2 roofs. He replaced the tubing from appliance to vent in the wall. Overall, good cleaning. Their site says a good cleaning takes 3-4 hours. This took 2 hours, but it seems like they did a good job. Afterwards, we found the dust thrown away in the garbage can - not bagged. They did not say something. They didn't ask. Part of a professional job includes cleanup. They left a couple of covers on the downstairs vents. Our heating reset to default settings so our house got really cold before we realized that (new homeowner here) so a heads up would've been appreciated, but that's more on us.
