One star is one too many.
Horrible experience from start to finish. The most difficult individuals to deal with were Justin Mackenzie and Gurinder. Justin consistently demonstrated a startling lack of basic knowledge. He was unable to provide clear answers to even simple questions and routinely gave us contradictory or misleading information. It became obvious very quickly that he was completely out of his depth and hopelessly unreliable. I recently bought a Ace Custom Home, I have had a pleasant experience with Ace Custom Homes. No house is perfect, there were a few minor deficiencies but Randy from Ace was awesome to deal with. He promptly returns messages/calls, he has come out a few times to correct the minor stuff, and he has sent in professionals to correct the other minor things. The home is solid and nice, definitely has been a very positive experience because Randy goes above and beyond. Thanks Randy and Ace Custom Homes!
Stay away from these people!!!! Very unprofessional, shoddy work. They were even following the wrong plans for a bit! They even built the wrong size back deck. They don't even deserve the one star
