Worst experience of building a home. It’s been almost 10 months and still waiting to have my kitchen finished-4 inch short on both side of stove and back also doesn’t come with doors on pantry. They’re busy they say so this isn’t a priority for them. Had to meet 4 times for them to decide how they’re going to fix this disaster. Finishing is terrible and was noted on walkthrough but don’t think this will be fixed cause they don’t see a problem. As a home inspector with 13 years of experience in the industry, I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism in a home builder. Many issues such as installing an attic access in the main bathroom, installing an electric water heater that is far too small for the size of the home and the bathtubs that are in it, some of the poorest paint and trim finishing I've seen in a new build. And a builder that doesn't seem to care about his clients at all. I would look elsewhere if you're shopping for a new home.
