I beg anyone thinking about using Ace custom Homes to think twice.  This was one of the most traumatic experiences of my life building with this builder.  Our foundation on our garage is literally crumbling away and they refuse to fix it. We had 3 basement floods within the first couple of months due to their negligence. We are extremely disappointed with our experience. Less than a year after taking possession of our new home, my daughter's concrete driveway is already flaking and deteriorating badly. Instead of standing behind the quality of their work, the contractor immediately blamed her for using salt. She denies using any de-icing salt, but even if some had been used, a properly installed new driveway should not be falling apart to this extent in under a year. I promise you never buy from the rat, Gurwinder Khosa and his little family. He scammed me out of about 40k in promised upgrades he didn't do. He and his family should be ashamed and skinned alive
