I visited this place today and came away with 2- very confusing and polar opposite experiences. My first good experience was on the phone and again upon arriving at the location when speaking with the same sweet and lovely young woman about a product I was looking for. My second experience was with a brusk, older, plaid shirt wearing, crumudgeon, male, who was sitting near the young woman. It is difficult to comprehend these 2 people work in the same business.
