Ace Construction replaced my roof and ive had problems. Water spots and damage to my trim and ceiling and i cant get them to respond. Now numbers have been disconnected.
Had storm damage, first insurance claim I've had as a homeowner. The team at Ace took care of everything! I had a new "Architectural" roof put on and only paid $500 which was my deductible! Talk about a win! The roofers were clean and genuinely listened to my concern with my two dogs in the back yard. The dogs were fine and my roof looks sweet. Thanks guys!
My roof on my rental property was needing repairs. It was my first investment property so I was very particular in who worked on her and how the work was performed. Kenny Bell was very accommodating to my concerns, listened to my questions and answered them with educational and professional precision. I ended up replacing the entire roof during the slow season and the crew was clean and on time. Well done! I will use you again when my home needs a new roof.
Recently Ace replaced my roof and now I have water damaged ceiling , attic and roof. Never installed proper flashing, Ashbusters confirmed. Josh from Ace Construction will not repair flashing since insurance didn't pay for it. Don't expect them to do the right thing. '
